With over 500 hours of coaching experience, Ayanthi empowers individuals, organizations, and communities to reach their fullest potential and live their best lives. Since 2013, she has conducted more than 2,000 communication and leadership workshops for over 40,000 participants across Asia and Africa. Each workshop is meticulously customized, drawing on extensive research to ensure relevance and impact.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ayanthi’s global perspective is shaped by her experiences living and working in various countries, including the UK, Indonesia, Singapore, the USA, Australia, and Sri Lanka. This diverse background enriches her training and coaching assignments, allowing her to connect deeply with clients from different cultural contexts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Beginning her career in the apparel industry as a fabric technologist in 2003, Ayanthi played a pivotal role in establishing processes and supply chains for two start-up companies. She later served as a Senior Technical & Sourcing Manager, where she managed raw materials for a portfolio worth GBP 150 million.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to her corporate experience, Ayanthi’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to create a Business English Learning Platform aimed at students worldwide. Her consultancy firm assists medium-sized family businesses in South Asia with strategic planning and system development to ensure longevity and resilience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Passionate about personal growth, Ayanthi enjoys nature walks, world exploration, surfing, hiking, and practicing mindful living. She also provides pro bono coaching and mentoring for underprivileged single mothers in Sri Lanka, striving to enhance their livelihoods.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ayanthi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from the University of Manchester. Her commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through various certifications in coaching and training methodologies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n
