This inaugural all-volunteer committee is responsible for developing new business opportunities with the goal of creating 100,000 jobs for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Kutsmode was selected along with 18 other business leaders and corporate executives to participate in this group.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs someone who is incredibly passionate about fostering a more inclusive and diverse workforce for all people, I couldn\u2019t be more honored to be elected to this group of dynamic and innovative leaders,\u201d said Kutsmode. \u201cInitiatives such as this one are critical in fostering positive social impact in the labor market and within our local communities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through recruitment, training, and on-the-job coaching programs, ITS strives to build more successful and sustainable workforces.
