Serving a dual role as Director of Recruiting and Operations for both TalentRise and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.viaduct.com\">Viaduct<\/a>, Tom assists both startups and emerging businesses. His primary responsibility is to manage the entire strategic recruitment process\u2014sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding\u2014matching clients with talent.<\/p>\n<p>Tom\u2019s recruiting focus has been within HR management, operational leadership, and accounting\/financial professionals focusing on managerial, director, vice president, and C-suite executives.\u00a0Tom is also well-versed within the engineering space having placed talent in mechanical, electrical, research and development (R&amp;D), and medical device engineering positions.<\/p>\n<p>Graduating from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Fredonia, Tom earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in sports management and exercise science.\u00a0He currently resides in the Buffalo, New York area.<\/p>\n<p><a
