Scott Stenclik, CEO of Aleron sits on the board of BCAT which provides resilient learners in need of targeted support with education curriculums and career-centered opportunities in an environment of hope and discovery. The Center mentors and prepares adults to secure new career pathways, and its Youth Program motivates high school students to continue their educations, explore their creativity and identities, and plan for their futures through arts and technology after-school programming.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Burchfield Penney Art Center\u2019s Under-Represented Artist Fund (URAF)<\/h3>\n
\n

Aleron has pledged financial support to the Burchfield Penney Art Center\u2019s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. To more closely reflect the breadth and depth of artistic practice in the western New York community, the Center has agreed to launch an Under-Represented Artist Fund (URAF) that will seed projects and exhibitions in support of women and minority artists in the Buffalo area. Lynne Marie Finn (CEO of Broadleaf Results, An Aleron Company) sits on the Burchfield board.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

FeedMore WNY<\/h3>\n

Since September 2022, volunteers from Aleron and TalentRise have been delivering meals to people in need in Buffalo. Every Thursday, two team members take an hour out of their days to pick up coolers and heated boxes from FeedMore and deliver meals to approximately 10 people in various neighborhoods.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Habitat for Humanity <\/h3>\n
\n

Starting in September 2022, each Friday a team of Aleron and TalentRise volunteers reported to Habitat sites to assist with building homes. \u00a0The first group demoed two homes that Habitat is renovating, and the remaining teams helped build a house in Cheektowaga, NY. We\u2019re getting involved again in 2025.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Invest Buffalo Niagara<\/h3>\n

Peter Petrella, President of TalentRise, serves on the board of Invest Buffalo Niagara and also on the Be in Buffalo Committee, the region’s talent attraction organization introducing \u2013 or reintroducing \u2013 a new Buffalo to an entire generation of people with the skills needed to build an economy of the future.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
