Steve is an Executive Coach at TalentRise. His approach to coaching helps leaders develop critical skills, including effective communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety. He has also consulted extensively on incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into the workplace.<\/p>\n

Steve spent over 25 years in corporate America, where he was responsible for managing teams of over 100 employees. He has experience working with a broad range of clients, from global Fortune 100 companies to startups in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, finance, and technology industries.<\/p>\n

Steve uses a holistic approach to coaching and leadership development that integrates all aspects of the human being, including doing, feeling, and thinking for maximum impact. He focuses on one-on-one, and team coaching and uses various assessment tools, including the iEQ9 Enneagram Assessment and the Intercultural Development Inventory, to help identify growth opportunities for individuals, teams, and organizations.<\/p>\n

Steve is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). He holds an MBA with a focus in general management and marketing.<\/p>\n
